Style 4’s are the Individualists. They are very creative people. Their attributes are:
Passionate
Romantic
Witty
Expressive
Empathetic
Creative
Authentic
Intense
When they are walking with the Lord they are a beautiful reflection of God’s creativity. They have a need however to find their unique significance. They feel like they must be special. This is mainly attributed to the fact that they fear being plain, emotionally cut off, abandoned or flawed.
Individualists feel like they are their feelings and they have a strong desire to be unique. These feelings can become so dominant that they can be taken in as identity (esp. shame).
However, as they grow in their relationship with Christ they are able to obtain more balance.
They can benefit from memorizing this sentence, “I become envious when I’m living for my significance, but when I deny myself and live from His significance I become a balanced force for God and others.
