We've adjusted our six-week, Pastoral Care webinar to address how to care for people individually during the current COVID-19 crisis.

This webinar is designed for leaders, pastors, counselors, coaches, and caregivers that love Jesus and want to apply the Gospel to people in these unique circumstances and with their unique Enneagram stressors and motivations. Our goal is to help you build relational bridges, care for others and share the good news of Jesus in an empathetic and impactful way. 

 

The first two sessions will be how to care for people amidst the COVID-19 crisis. The next three sessions will be how to coach people using the Enneagram as a tool to minister to people uniquely. The sixth session is a session on how you can incorporate the Enneagram into your church membership process, pre-marital counseling, and leadership development.

 

You'll learn:

  • A biblical look at anxiety and how Jesus addresses it.

  • A leadership model on how to care for people experiencing a disruption in the COVID-19 crisis. 

  • How to walk a friend, church member, or client through their Enneagram report and ask style-specific, powerful questions.

  • Insights on how to surface style-specific stressors and motivations.

  • We'll teach you how to identify and seek healing of childhood wounds, unearth relational patterns and surface core beliefs.

  • How to speak the gospel uniquely to each person for each Enneagram style and spiritual disciplines to boost their spiritual vibrancy.

  • And again, how to incorporate the Enneagram into your church membership process, pre-marital counseling, and leadership development.

  • This includes 57-pages of full reports on all 9 Enneagram styles with permission to distribute. You'll also receive a relational assessment for coaching couples or mangers and subordinates.

  • For an additional fee, you can also add on an optional, three one-on-one mentoring sessions with our founder. This practice will help you boost your skills and/or create a customized Enneagram "game plan" for your ministry.

Time and Date

Each session is on Zoom and is between 60-75 minutes and will be online at 3:00pm (EDT) on Tuesdays: March 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5. If you miss one of the sessions, we will provide you with a recording so that you can watch it at a convenient time.

The rate is $289 for all six sessions, resources and discounts mentioned above. If you would like to add three one-on-one mentoring sessions with John Fooshee, the rate is $739. We also offer $50 off when you refer people (refund to you is provided after they sign up).
